To maintain integrity and consistency in the manufacturing processes, we get this item produced at the Vision Lab Art facility in Athens, GA. While they keep inventory of some items, most of their items are made to order. For this reason, please expect up to 5-7 business days for your order to be manufactured and shipped.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your Johnathan Singer x Vision Lab items, we're happy to take care of it. We offer a 180 day return policy on all products as well as a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in new condition with original packaging. DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders within the continental US are shipped via USPS priority mail. Once processed, priority packages will arrive within 1-3 days in the continental US.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are a flat rate fee of $25.00USD and are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. Delivery times vary based on country. Johnathan Singer Art is not responsible for any taxes / duties that may be assessed by the country which the item has been shipped.
REFUSED ORDERS
If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs. Refund will be processed once package arrives at our facility.
